Omniva parcel machines are located outside and are therefore accessible any time of the day, including early in the morning or late at night. It is an easy option for those who come to collect their parcel by bike, with a baby stroller or a dog. Collecting the parcel is simple and takes no more than 15-30 seconds. You can expect the parcel within 1-3 work days.

Parcel from the post office

Pick up the parcel from the post office of your choice. Shipping is always free for orders above 25 €.

Eesti Post offers a convenient and customer-friendly solution to parcel delivery — instead of having the parcel delivered to a parcel machine, you can have it delivered to a post office of your choice. This does not have to be the post office nearest to your place of residence.

If you want to receive the parcel the next day, you will have to make a purchase from GoGoNano on a working day (Monday to Friday) before 3 p.m. In this case, the parcel is expected to arrive at the destination the next day. If you make a purchase from GoGoNano after 3 p.m., the parcel will be delivered to the selected post office the working day after the next working day. Purchases made on Fridays after 3 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will also be delivered to selected post offices the working day after the next working day.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

GoGoNano waterbased products can be spoiled when frozen. Therefore use only indoor SmartPost parcel machine, during the cold season. The seller is not responsible for the spoilt product and the product is non-refundable.

If you make a purchase from GoGoNano after 3 p.m., the parcel will be delivered to your doorstep the working day after the next working day. SmartPOST parcel machines are located in different places all over Estonia and by using this parcel delivery method, you can choose the location most convenient for you. Orders made on work days (Mon – Fri) before 15:00 are shipped the same day. You can expect the parcel within 1-3 work days.

DPD pickup parcel shop / machine

Price: 2.99 €

Collect your order from the nearest DPD Pickup parcel shop or machine. Shipping is always free for orders above 25 €.

DPD Pickup is a parcel delivery and sending network that consists of parcel shops and parcel machines. Collect the goods purchased from a Pickup point most convenient for you. With more than 400 Pickup points over the Baltics, there is one closer to you than you would think! You can expect the parcel within 1-3 work days.

Receiving the parcel

As soon as the parcel has arrived at the destination parcel machine, an SMS with all the necessary instructions on how to receive the parcel will be sent to the phone number listed in the order. Then, you need to go to the respective parcel machine and enter the code received in the SMS on the touch screen display of the parcel machine. This will open the right locker door and the parcel is yours! The parcel needs to be picked up within seven days from its arrival at the parcel machine.

Bank links

A fast and secure way to pay for your goods in our online store is with a bank link. When paying with a bank link, you will be directed to the Internet Bank chosen by you after having placed an order. You will be presented a pre-filled payment order with the amount to be paid. You will need to confirm the payment and click on the link “Return to Merchant”.

Credit card

GoGoNano.com accepts Visa (Verified by Visa) and MasterCard (SecureCode) credit cards. Credit card payments are processed through the E-Commerce Payment Gateway and completed by entering your credit card information.

Paypal

If you want to pay with PayPal, choose this option in payment options. After logging in to your account, which is connected to your credit card or bank account, accept the transaction with the “Pay” button. The amount will be automatically transferred from your account.

Payment with an invoice

Pay 100% after receiving proforma invoice using bank transfer and receive the order at the preferred address. You will receive the original invoice copy along with the order. You can request additional soft or hard copy of an invoice through our customer support.

Buy now, pay later

We try to keep our online store new and modern, while also contributing to making shopping more convenient. By filling the shopping cart in our e-shop and starting to pay, you will find a new payment option in Montonio Split – with 0% interest.

If you place your domestic order on a weekday (Monday through Friday) before 3:00 pm, we’ll ship it out the same day. You can expect your package to arrive within 1-3 business days. For international orders shipped via Omniva post service, delivery typically takes around 7-10 days.

GoGoNano products can also be ordered from other countries! We use the DPD Pickup network of parcel machines and parcel shops throughout Europe. Depending on the destination, the exact price is displayed at checkout. Please contact us if you do not find a suitable delivery method.

Our payment partner is Montonio Finance OÜ, who keeps your card information secure and never shares it with merchants or third parties. All your data is protected!

SSL data transmission is secure in the online store (as on the Estonian ID card)

Using SSL provides greater privacy and security in the www.gogonano.com online store than an unencrypted web connection. This reduces the risk of unauthorized copying and use of your information by a third party. Web browsers display a lock icon when there is an SSL connection.

Once your parcel is sent out from our warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking code. In case the tracking code is missing, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service for assistance.

The products can be replaced or returned within 14 days upon receipt of the product. Returns must be notified in writing. Please do it using declaration of withdrawal form.

The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same conditions as received. The cost of the return is paid by the customer.
